About Touch Luxembourg
Touch is a passion for us and this egg-shaped ball has brought us together on many occasions through trainings and events to enable us to continue playing and meeting new people in this sport.
Whilst only a few of us started out playing Touch in Luxembourg, we nonetheless were delighted to be able to get together and plan new projects.
The most ambitious of these, and the one that led to the creation of the Luxembourg Touch Federation, was our decision to take part in the Touch World Cup in Scotland in June 2011. We were invited by the Federation of International Touch (FIT) and returned having realised childhood dreams: to play against the best teams in the world, South Africa, Australia, France, Fiji, Wales…
The first step had been taken and, on return to Luxembourg, the project to create the Luxembourg Touch Federation was launched and the commitment to participate in further events was sealed.
So if you too would like to try this experience and take part in one of our teams: men, women or mixed or if you simply want to join us to train and our events, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
